Against this backdrop, discussing cutting-edge research and exchanging practical applications is essential for driving innovation and industrialization in computing and communication technologies.

2026 IEEE 9th World Conference on Computing and Communication Technologies (WCCCT) will be held in Qingdao, China during April 10-12, 2026, sponsored by Ocean University of China and IEEE, co-sponsored by IEEE Qingdao AP/MTT/COM Joint Chapter, Qingdao University of Technology, Shandong Normal University, Shenzhen University, Sichuan Normal University, Xihua University, Warsaw University of Technology, Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology, and Gannan Normal University, and technically supported by University of Haute Alsace, Okayama University, Qinghai Institute of Technology, and Key Laboratory of Wireless Sensor Network in University of Sichuan Province, Sichuan Normal University.

WCCCT 2026 will focus on presenting current and future advancements in computing and communication technologies, showcasing innovative solutions, research findings, and applications in industrial electronics and related fields. We warmly welcome experts, scholars, and professionals in related fields to submit their research and participate in the conference. We look forward to seeing you in Qingdao!

计算与通信技术是现代科技发展的核心支柱之一，其不断进步在推动信息化和智能化方面发挥着重要作用。从高性能计算到高效通信技术，这一领域的突破为数据处理、网络连接和复杂系统的优化提供了坚实基础。近年来，随着人工智能和物联网的广泛应用，计算与通信技术正在整合多领域资源，为智慧城市、工业互联网、医疗信息化等场景提供创新解决方案。在这一背景下，探讨前沿研究成果、交流技术应用经验，对于推动计算与通信技术的创新和产业化发展具有重要意义。

2026 IEEE 第九届计算和通信技术国际会议(WCCCT)将于2026年4月10-12日在中国青岛举行。本次会议由中国海洋大学和IEEE主办，IEEE Qingdao AP/MTT/COM Joint Chapter, 青岛理工大学，山东师范大学，深圳大学，四川师范大学，西华大学，华沙理工大学，广州理工学院，赣南师范大学协办。上阿尔萨斯大学，冈山大学，青海理工学院，无线传感器网络四川省高校重点实验室提供支持。WCCCT 2026将围绕计算与通信技术介绍当前和未来的前沿技术、创新解决方案、研究成果以及与工业电子相关的企业及其应用。我们热忱欢迎相关领域的专家，学者以及专业技术人员向会议投稿并参加大会，期待与您青岛相聚。

Award

Best Paper Awards | 最佳论文奖

1. The TPC Chairs will propose short-listed candidates for the Best Paper Awards (accounted for top 10% score of all submissions). Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

· The paper should make a significant contribution to the relevant field, and should be well written.
· The paper must have been received by the submission deadline.
· The paper has not been submitted for publication or has been accepted for presentation elsewhere.
· At least one of the authors presents the paper in person at the WCCCT2026.

2. The Conference Awards Chairs will organize an Awards Committee to select best paper awards from the short-listed candidates, which is also accounted for 1.5% of all submissions. The evaluation criteria are:

· Significance and contribution to the field
· Organization and clarity of the paper

3. Each author of the Best Paper Awards will receive a certificate and gift.

 

Excellent Oral Presentation | 优秀口头报告奖

For every oral session, an excellent oral presentation will be selected by session chair according to the originality, applicability, technical merit, PPT and presentation. Excellent Oral Presentation Certificate will be presented to the winner at each session.

For every poster session, an excellent poster presentation will be selected by session chair according to the originality, applicability, technical merit, poster and presentation. Excellent Poster Presentation Certificate will be presented to the winner at each session.
